Resumo:

The main point of the “ideas of the first Venezuelan” and the projects of the national construction can be appreciated from different perspectives: the following one we use to tries to suggest that the political project thought in Venezuela whom is trying to construct itself in between 1830 and 1846, answers to a civic republicanism whose rhetoric over liberty finished dislodging by the “espíritu de guarnición” that the “Generación de los Héroes” from the Independent war had imposed by the force and military control. In this way the mythology that refers to the origins constitution of the Venezuelan nationality became completely established: given to the fact that the Country emerged from the exercise liberty by the hero’s of the Emancipation, they, by the power that rest in them, are to direct or at least be the guardians of the nations destiny. It is inside this perspective the appears Fermin Toro, whom intellectual production allows us appreciate the type of civic republicanism that the Venezuelan “Patriciado Civil” had in mind, especially if we consider that Toro maybe the writer that who’s argument of the political philosophy applies to the Venezuelan reality, seen the devastated situation left after the independent war.
