Resumo:

A realização da liberdade em Hegel é indissociável da razão que, pela perspectiva do pensamento especulativo, está imbricada com o reconhecimento individual, sem coação ou impositura para o outro. Sob este aspecto, esse reconhecimento livremente se manifesta consequente com a vontade coletiva. Sendo este o caso, o presente texto tem como proposta discutir a visão hegeliana quanto ao princípio da liberdade. Para consumar o assunto prezado no título deste artigo, a metodologia utilizada foi a revisão bibliográfica, primando-se pelo caráter exploratório analítico-descritivo de textos que corroboram a interpretação da filosofia do direito registrada no corpo deste trabalho. Primeiramente, trataremos do direito no sistema hegeliano. Em seguida, intentaremos então apresentar algumas notas sobre o Estado para depois o relacionarmos com a ideia de liberdade. Por fim, ressaltaremos nas conclusões o problema da realização da liberdade. A intenção é expor como a ideia de liberdade se vincula à ideia de Estado enquanto síntese intersubjetiva de relações comunitárias. Supostamente, um Estado constituído por cidadãos livres; efetivamente livres, na visão de Hegel.

Abstract:

In Hegel's philosophy, the realization of freedom is inseparable from reason. The perspective of speculative thought is imbricated with individual recognition, without coercion or imposition on the other, and, likewise, freely manifests itself consequent on the collective will. In this case, the present paper proposes to discuss the Hegelian view regarding the principle of freedom. To expose the subject in our title, the methodology used was the bibliographical review focusing on the exploratory-analytical-descriptive character of texts that corroborate the interpretation of the philosophy of right in the body of this work. First, we will then deal with law in the Hegelian system. Then, we intend to present some notes on the State. Later we will relate it to the idea of freedom. Finally, we emphasize in the conclusions the problem of the realization of freedom. Through the perspective of one of the most important philosophers to understand the idea of freedom in the field of Law, the intention is to expose how the idea of freedom is linked to the idea of the State as an intersubjectivity synthesis of community relations. Supposedly, in a state made up of free citizens; effectively free, in Hegel's view.
