A Crítica de Hegel ao Formalismo Kantiano em Defesa da Eticidade

Abstract:

The main purpose of this article is to present the Hegelian classical critical of the Kantian moral formalism from overcoming the Kantian concept of the good will in order to the passage from the morality to ethical life in the Hegel’s moral philosophy. Our text is divided into three parts dialectically. The first part is concerned with the structural presentation of the Hegelian critical of the Kantian moral formalism. The second part will show the insufficiency of the Kantian concept of the good will in the effectiveness of freedom in the history, from Hegel’s concept of the free will. Finally, in the third part will be highlighted the reasons why Kant’s moral theory remains at the morality level without reaching the ethical life level, where freedom comes into effect.
