Resumo:

Na filosofia contemporânea acompanhamos um amplo movimento de retorno às fontes paulinas. Especialmente no sentido de buscar sustentação e inspiração para um projeto de crítica do poder e crítica do nomos estruturador da realidade excludente, violenta e injusta. A partir das reflexões de Jacob Taubes, Giorgio Agamben e Franz Hinkelammert, o presente estudo pretende acompanhar os traços fundamentais desta renovada hermenêutica, tomando o papel da lei no corpus paulinum como fio condutor da argumentação. Ao situar Paulo de Tarso no horizonte do judaísmo da diáspora, no qual o messianismo assume características próprias e importância fundamental, o objetivo será o de mostrar como este conjunto de leituras pretende evidenciar o núcleo político de suas cartas.

Abstract:

In contemporary philosophy, we follow a broad movement of return to Pauline sources. Especially in the sense of seeking support and inspiration for a project of critique of power and critique of the structuring nomos of the excluding, violent and unjust reality. Based on the reflections of Jacob Taubes, Giorgio Agamben and Franz Hinkelammert, the present study intends to follow the fundamental traits of this renewed hermeneutics, taking the role of law in the corpus paulinum as the guiding thread of the argument. By placing Paul of Tarsus on the horizon of Diaspora Judaism, in which messianism assumes its own characteristics and fundamental importance, the objective will be to show how this set of readings intends to highlight the political core of his letters.
